Warranty policy
Brusheva products are designed and manufactured to the highest standards, offering high-quality performance, ease of use and straightforward setup. If you encounter any difficulty using a product, we recommend consulting the user manual first.
In the event of a product fault: if you inform us of a defect within the warranty period, Brusheva will arrange free repair of the Brusheva product, provided the product has been used in accordance with the User Manual (for example, in the intended environment). For certain product categories, Brusheva's partner companies are the product guarantor or provider; please check the documentation supplied with your purchase. All Brusheva personal care products carry a 12-month warranty.
To receive global warranty service, you must present the original proof of purchase for verification. The warranty period begins on the purchase date stated on the proof of purchase and ends when the warranty expires. If you require service but the proof of purchase is lost, the warranty period shall be deemed to begin three months from the production date or serial number indicated on the product.
Where repair is not possible or not commercially viable, Brusheva may replace your device with the same model or a model with similar functionality; this may be a new or refurbished product. Brusheva reserves the final right to determine product replacement arrangements. After repair, firmware upgrade or replacement, the warranty period continues from the original purchase date.
The warranty does not cover indirect damage (including but not limited to loss of data or income), or compensation for your own actions such as routine maintenance, installing firmware updates, or saving or restoring data.
The warranty does not cover or apply in the following cases:
- Defective brush heads
- Proof of purchase has been altered in any way or is illegible.
- The model number, serial number or production date code on the product has been tampered with, removed or is illegible.
- The original proof of purchase was issued by an unknown Brusheva authorised retailer (for example, a seller on an online auction platform).
- The product has been repaired or modified by an unauthorised service provider or person.
- The product issue results from use beyond the intended purpose, or from excessive use.
- The product is used for commercial purposes.
- Product defects caused by misuse or environmental conditions not in accordance with the User Manual or the product's intended purpose.
- Product defects caused by connecting devices, accessories or attachments not recommended in the User Manual.
- Damage to the device due to, including but not limited to, animals, electric shock, abnormal voltage, fire, natural disasters, transit damage or water damage (unless the User Manual explicitly states the product may be rinsed).
- Normal wear and tear or replacement of consumables (for example, vacuum bags or filters)
- The product does not function properly because it was not originally designed, manufactured or approved for use in the country where you use it.
- The product does not operate normally due to problems accessing or connecting to a service provider.
